I often struggle with letting go.
It's difficult to allow myself to live in the present, without being attached to things, people, events, emotions, etc. of the past.
That's when it's important to recall the specific Yama (pillar or way of being) called 'APARIGRAHA' or the practice of non-possessiveness / non-attachment.
Releasing yourself from items, individuals, feelings, etc. can help you experience the present and allow miracles to occur naturally.

Ola amigos!

It's been awhile since I've updated anything about my schedule or practice, and as much as I want to attribute that to my busy life, it's also had to do with my own self journey along this yogic path.

Confidence can be fleeting.

When you don't embrace yourself for who you are, where you are, in the present moment, confidence becomes a question rather than a certainty.

That's when you need to take moments here and there to ground yourself to the core of who YOU are and how awesome you really are :)

Therefore, after much grounding, I'm back and ready to advertise my classes!

Come practice this week with me for a heart-chakra based flow. We could all use a reminder of how powerful the capacity to love is ;)
