I often struggle with letting go.
It's difficult to allow myself to live in the present, without being attached to things, people, events, emotions, etc. of the past.
That's when it's important to recall the specific Yama (pillar or way of being) called 'APARIGRAHA' or the practice of non-possessiveness / non-attachment.
Releasing yourself from items, individuals, feelings, etc. can help you experience the present and allow miracles to occur naturally.
