Intense challenge 😉. Real teamwork.

SALON360 had the pleasure of watching the OEG team step into Mission Possible and practice some of the things that they preach - communication, collaboration, and creative thinking under pressure.

No surprise to us, they nailed it! 👏🏻

Big smiles, big vision, and great people in the room.✨

At the Ottawa Education Group, we’ve always believed that success is about more than business - it’s about the people you surround yourself with along the way.

Watching Alastair Summerlee CEO and Harry Sharma COO at the IBU launch is a reminder that even through the hard work, big goals, and constant growth… there’s still so much joy in what we do.

The conversations, the collaboration, the energy in the room - that’s the part that matters most.

Because OEG doesn’t just do this work to succeed… we do it because we genuinely love it.

Canada’s workforce is changing fast… but many workers are being left behind. 🇨🇦

📊 Only **29.7% of Canadian workers participated in job-related training in the past year**.
📊 In jobs that don’t require postsecondary education, participation drops to just **16.9%**. ([Statistics Canada][1])

The truth? Upskilling isn’t just nice to have anymore — it’s how businesses grow, teams stay relevant, and people create more opportunity.

What an incredible evening at the Best Ottawa Business Awards! The local business community came together to recognize the leaders, innovators, and organizations that contribute to our city's growth and prosperity. This year’s recipients embody the vision and dedication that make Ottawa a standout place to live, work, play, and invest - and the energy in the room truly reflected the strength of our economy.

We were proud to support The Ottawa Hospital’s Campaign to Create Tomorrow tonight, which represents an inspiring commitment to advancing healthcare for generations to come. Sincere gratitude to everyone who donated - together we raised $12,280.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a memorable celebration of excellence and community, and congratulations to all of tonight's BOBs recipients. Together, we will continue to champion a competitive, inclusive, and sustainable future for Ottawa.
