+ Front-Line Office Supervisor Certificate: Build skills in communication, leadership, scheduling, HR basics, and digital tools.

+ Professional Sales and Account Management Certificate: Gain experience with B2B sales, negotiation, CRM platforms, and client relationships.

Eligible Ontarians may receive financial assistance through the provincial Better Jobs Ontario program, which includes individuals who are unemployed, working fewer than 20 hours per week, or struggling to secure stable employment.

Ottawa Education Group has two approved skills training programs for the upcoming January 2026 cohort:

+ Front-Line Office Supervisor Certificate: Strengthen leadership, communication, scheduling, HR basics, and digital office tools that support effective team coordination.
