Level up your acro skills right between Christmas and New Year’s with CSD's Rachel Adjeleian and guest teacher Jayde MacDougall! Designed for competitive dancers ages 7+ who want to make real progress on their 2025 goals.

Throughout the workshops, dancers will focus on the following:

• Tumbling progressions (aerials, layouts, walkovers, handsprings, etc.)
• Flexibility + strength conditioning
• Skill-building on non-dominant sides
• Variations, connections, and trick combos
• Focused time to work on your personal goals

Whether you want to finally nail that skill for your competition routine or just love pushing yourself, this is the perfect chance to train with intention and expert coaching.

Legacy Moment ✨🥹

Last Thursday, the Canadian School of Dance was honoured with a Legacy Award by the – an honour given to businesses that have helped shape and serve this community for decades.

This was a beautiful way to celebrate the heart and soul that our co-founders and co-directors, Monica Adjeleian and Fran Coyle, have poured in to CSD over the last 40 years.

Thank you, Barrhaven, and the greater Ottawa area for helping grow the dream of two sisters into a vibrant, welcoming space with generations of dancers, families and friends.
