Today, the firefighters from Station #11 visited our school! 🙂

The students had the opportunity to learn about fire prevention and equipment, as well as climb in a firetruck! 🚒

A big shout-out to our Casa students who have completed the Casa program and are now ready to begin their Grade 1 journey! It has been a true privilege to be part of their learning and growth. We are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished and wish them every success as they embark on this exciting new chapter.🌟🥳

Window washing is a practical life activity that helps children develop skills such as motor skills, sequential memory and sense of contribution.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, grandmothers, stepmoms, surrogate mothers, foster moms, mother figures, and moms-to-be!

The Number Rods consists of 10 wooden rods, divided into units by alternating red and blue, progressing from 10 cm to 1 meter. Through sensorial exploration, the child learns quantity 1 to 10, their corresponding number names, and sequence of numbers.

Happy Earth Day! The children at Parkdale Montessori School enjoyed a morning filled with activities and crafts in celebration of Earth Day! 🌏

The Montessori bells are a hands-on learning material that help children sharpen their listening skills, especially their ability to hear differences between high and low sounds. This activity builds concentration, introduces early music skills like pitch and tone, and strengthens fine motor skills as children carefully use a small mallet to play the bells.
