CTS Aero is proud to continue its relationship with the Queen’s University Internship Program by welcoming Yingel Feng to the team! Yingel just completed her 3rd year of Applied Math and Computer Engineering and is interested in machine learning, mathematical modelling, and software development. When she's not working, she enjoys cooking, travelling, and film photography.

Yingel will be joining us and will be supporting her QUIP colleague Kazi in developing the training ecosystem

The Flair Cadet Program is an innovative pilot training program that offers the fastest path to a First Officer position in Canada. The program provides a conditional letter of employment from Flair Airlines upon selection into the program.

Students selected for the Flair Cadet Program and who achieve the qualifying criteria will be hired upon graduation. The qualifying criteria include a minimum of 250 hours total flying time with a commercial license, multi-IFR and achieving a minimum of 80% on Transport Canada CPL, IFR and SARON/SAMRA examinations, successful Transport Canada flight tests, and achieving a qualifying grade on a series of psychometric tests.
