Junior Herpetologists....Here is your chance to WIN an ALL EXPENSE PAID trip to the 40th annual International Herpetological Symposium in Rodeo New Mexico!

IHS's JUNIOR HERPETOLOGIST PROGRAM was created by the IHS board and other passionate herpetologists and herpetoculturists around the country to help promote the various fields of herpetology to young people.

IHS Junior Herpers will spend time with some of the world’s best known people in the herpetological and scientific industries along with having some amazing field herping opportunities!

The IHS also gives young herpers an opportunity to meet other young people with similar passions, and a chance to see some of the nation’s best reptile and amphibian collections, all in a fun, safe and informative meeting place.

Speaking from personal experience from my first years with IHS as a teen myself, you will:

• Learn an unbelievable amount of information that you would never read in a magazine or be able to Google,

• Make memories that will last a lifetime,

• Make new friends and forge life-long relationships,

• Be the envy of all your friends when you tell them about your epic adventures!

The deadline to turn in your application is March 15th, 2017. You will not want to miss out this opportunity! Click here, http://www.internationalherpetologicalsymposium.com/jr-herper/, for more details! Good luck and we look forward to meeting the next generation of Herpetologists!

JUST MET THESE AWESOME PEOPLE AT THE AIRPORT!

So I'm flying to Las Vegas and some people recognized me and we started chatting and now I'm super jealous. They are flying to Nicaragua to build a school in San Juan Del Rio Coco through SchoolBOX.

I always tell people who are interested in conservation and protecting animals and ecosystems in developing countries to make sure you support the people there first and foremost. If you protect the people, they will protect the habitats and animals. This is the BEST way to save ecosystems and change the world and these amazing people are doing just that.

Keep up the great work you guys!
