We do all the screening, with references and willing to get an updated vulnerable sector check/police clearance check once they get a job offer. Our cost is affordable and reasonable compared to other companies in Nanny business who operate mostly online and families simply browse resumes on their database and you have to do all the work in regards to screening/hiring and anyone can apply on their site even candidates with no related experience.
