We experience the world through what we’ve learned to notice.
Our brains are constantly filtering, predicting, and filling in the gaps — shaped by memory, past experiences, and what we’ve practiced paying attention to.
The more we train our attention toward something, whether it’s
beauty, tension, connection or threat... the more it starts to stand out.
So this is your invitation to start looking for the beauty around you. 🧡

Let’s be honest: The hardest part of going out is the worry that you’ll have to perform, impress, or carry a boring conversation.
Authentic Relating Games Night is the antidote to that.
Think of this as a “Social Laboratory.” We play facilitated games—not board games, but human games—designed to spark curiosity, laughter, and that rare feeling of being truly seen.
There is no script. There is no “right” way to do it. You don’t need to be extroverted, spiritual, or “cool.” You just need to be willing to be yourself (even the messy, tired, or shy parts).
What to Expect:
🧡 Structured Connection: You are never left wondering “what do I say?” We guide you through specific prompts and exercises.
🧡 Radical Choice: You never have to answer a question you don’t want to. “Pass” is a celebrated contribution here.
🧡 Diversity: You will meet dentists, artists, public servants, students, and seekers from all walks of life. We are a mix of ages and backgrounds.
This is for you if:
🧡 You crave deep conversation but don’t know where to find it.
You want to meet new people without the pressure of “networking.”
🧡 You are an introvert who loves connection but hates noise.
📅 When: June 17th, 7:15-10
📍 Where: We will be meeting in person at the J.A. Dulude Arena at 941 Clyde Avenue – in the Mel Baker Hall (plenty of free parking!).
🎟 Energy Exchange: $30 - tix linked in bio

If you’re saying these things and getting confused by why the person you’re talking to is getting frustrated... It’s time to check ourselves.
It’s automatic to relate your experiences to someone else’s, but try to start by focusing on them first.

There’s a quiet bedtime ritual some Finnish families practice that we keep thinking about. 💭
Before sleep, each child answers one simple question:
“What was the last good moment today?”
No screens.
No fixing.
No advice.
Just saying it out loud.
Researchers followed these families for years and noticed something powerful — by adolescence, kids who practiced this had significantly lower baseline anxiety. Not because they were “more positive,” but because their days had closure.
When we name a good moment before sleep, our nervous system gets a signal:
The day is complete.
The danger has passed.
It’s safe to rest 🧡
Without that pause, our thoughts keep looping — unfinished, unprocessed, unresolved.
In a world full of noise, comparison, and constant stimulation, maybe what we need most is a moment to land.
Tonight, you might try it yourself — or with someone you love:
What was the last good moment today?
Notice what shifts 🧡

Only 2 more weeks to join the Deep Dive Series.
Once we begin, the group is closed.
No new people joining in week 2.
No catching up later.
Just 12 people, committing to showing up together for 6 weeks.
And that’s what makes it powerful.
Because when the same group stays in the room…
something different happens.
Trust builds.
Conversations go deeper.
You stop performing and start being real.
This isn’t a drop-in event.
It’s a space for people who are ready for more than surface-level connection.
There are only 12 spots, and we’re nearly full.
If you’ve been watching, thinking about it, or feeling the pull — this is your moment.
This group is forming either way.
🧡 Doors are closing soon. Tickets are linked in bio.
