A very Merry Christmas Morning! Today, as the long-awaited morning arrives and the wrapping paper flies, we wish every child a day filled with the true gifts: The love that holds them close, the laughter that rings through the house, and the surprise of a wish come true.
But more than anything, we wish them the unforgettable magic of the day. The wonder that sparkles in the cookies left for Santa; the silent fall of snow; and the shining star atop the tree. May they see it all through their own bright, believing eyes, where the truest and most beautiful magic lives.
Wishing daycare families a day of Shared-Joy and Cherished-Wonder. Merry Christmas! 🎄🎁☃️.
HERE IS A FUN AND SIMPLE CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE:
The Wrapping Paper Rip & Reveal. Each child gets a large, colourful scrap of leftover wrapping paper. Without using scissors, they must tear the paper to create a Christmas shape (like a tree, star, or bell) using only their hands.
• What they'll need: Wrapping paper scraps, glue stick, plain paper or cardboard as a base.
• Why it's fun: It focuses on imagination over precision, builds fine motor skills, and encourages children to "see" a shape within the patterns of the paper. Every creation is wonderfully unique!

On the eve of Christmas Eve, the air hums with a special kind of magic… The mix of childlike anticipation and parental flurry. The lists are checked twice, the cookies are iced, and the excitement is so thick you could almost wrap it.
In this beautiful, bustling pause, let us remember: The greatest gift we can prepare isn't found under the tree. In a child’s eyes, it’s held within a heart full of gratitude for the family gathered, the friends who feel like home, and the small, daily miracles that twinkle like lights in the ordinary dark.
However you are preparing… may your heart be light, your worries be few, and your hope be bright. The joy is not just in the arrival; but in this very moment of loving expectation.
Wishing daycare families, a peaceful and precious Christmas-Eve-Eve 🎄🎁☃️.
HERE IS A FUN AND SIMPLE CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE:
The Christmas Eve Reindeer Parking Spot. Design and create a special parking spot on your porch, balcony, or by a window to help Santa's sleigh land easily.
• What they'll need: Sidewalk chalk (if snow allows), or paper, markers, and tape. They can draw a big rectangle or create a sign in a designated spot in the yard. Decorate it with symbols for reindeer: hoof prints, the letter "R," stars, or carrots!
• Why it's magical: It transforms a normal space into a part of the story. It encourages creativity and gives children a tangible "job". Ensuring Santa has a clear, welcoming place to land.
