Arts Carleton Place has entered a contest to win a $5000, $3000 or $2000 prize. This is run by our insurance company - McDougall Insurance. It's the McDougall Community Contest. Gilly Marston and Pam Stewart have created a 2 min video about ACP for this contest. Suzanne Deschenes has entered our video on behalf of Arts Carleton Place. Should we win some funding, our goal is to create FREE ART KITS for the youth of Carleton Place and area. We have several organizations that will benefit and groups with whom we would coordinate.

Thank you to the organizers of ACP Fine Art Show this past weekend and to all those who came out to see the show. It was great to see so many familiar faces and meet some new art lovers.I had a great time talking and selling Art.

I just started to work on these 12x4 inch canvases last year. I don't know why but I love this shape. These two found new homes yesterday at the ACP Fine Art Show. We are still here today from 10am to 4:30pm at the Carleton Place Arena.
