Our internship programs encourage employers to hire students and grads by providing wage subsidies. These jobs ensure tomorrow’s workforce have the skills needed in Canada’s ever-evolving economy. Employers in clean tech, digital tech, natural resources, as well as those that support Canada’s Sustainable Development Goal efforts can benefit from this program. The Supportive Care Assistant Program

is part of a national initiative to strengthen the long-term care sector. The program was designed to attract and rapidly train new workers for the sector by providing free online training and a paid work placement. Employers receive a wage subsidy to welcome trainees into their workplaces. Career Launcher is a program by Colleges and Institutes Canada, funded by the Government of Canada.

En offrant des subventions salariales aux employeurs, nos programmes de stages les encouragent à embaucher des étudiants et des diplômés. Ces emplois permettent à la main-d’œuvre de demain d’acquérir les compétences nécessaires dans le contexte économique canadien, en constante évolution. Les employeurs des secteurs des technologies propres, des technologies numériques et des ressources naturelles, ainsi que ceux qui appuient les objectifs de développement durable au Canada, peuvent bénéficier de ce programme. Le Programme d’assistant-préposé en soutien aux soins fait partie d’une initiative nationale visant à renforcer le secteur des soins de longue durée. Il a pour objectif d’attirer et de former rapidement de nouveaux travailleurs pour le secteur en offrant une formation en ligne gratuite et un stage rémunéré. Les employeurs reçoivent une subvention salariale pour accueillir les stagiaires dans leurs milieux de travail. Lancement de carrière est un programme de Collèges et instituts Canada financé par le gouvernement du Canada.
