Last week, our school had the opportunity to attend a performance of The Little Mermaid ballet, an rendition of the familiar fairy tale.
The Little Mermaid ballet was not just an enjoyable performance, it also offered valuable lessons and takeaways for our learners:

1.Students gained an appreciation for ballet as an art form.
2.The ballet illustrated how stories can be conveyed through movement and music.
3.The performance demonstrated the importance of collaboration, as each dancer played a vital role in bringing the story of The Little Mermaid to life.

A big thank you to the Meridian Theatre in Centerpointe for an unforgettable experience!

Spring Fun Blooms in Primary: Games, Gardening, and Ms. Erin’s Class!

Spring has sprung here in the Primary class, and the shift in weather has brought a burst of joyful energy to our classroom!

The students have been enjoying a classic game that encourages both movement and listening skills: “What Time Is It Mr. Wolf?” during their gym class. This engaging activity gets everyone running, counting, and waiting in suspense for the moment Mr. Wolf decides it's dinner time! It's been a fun way to practice time-telling concepts and burn off some of that spring excitement.

We’ve also been digging into some fantastic gardening projects in which the students learn what plants, vegetables and gardens need to grow.

Of course, none of this would be complete without our dedicated Primary teacher, Ms. Erin and our wonderful classroom Educational Assistants, Ms. Zoe, Ms. Olivia and Ms. Emily. The bond between the staff and the students is truly special. The students absolutely love spending time with our amazing staff, whether they are gathered for story time, working on a challenging new skill, or simply laughing during a game of "What Time Is It Mr. Wolf." Their warmth and enthusiasm make the Primary classroom a place where every student feels supported, engaged, and excited to learn each day.

We are looking forward to more sunshine, more growth, and more wonderful memories as we continue through this beautiful spring season!

Wishing everyone a wonderful upcoming weekend!
