You can follow the 2 mandatory steps below to complete the registration for eligible children, online right away.

Hindi Credit Course for High School Students, Adult Learners:
Hindi language credit courses are offered virtually on Saturday mornings.

There are 3 credits that high school students can get in Hindi language: Grade 10 (BD Level), Grade 11 (CU Level) and Grade 12 (DU Level). The CU and DU level courses are university level and the DU course can be used as one of the 6 to enter university. I think our students should take advantage of the opportunity to take these credits starting from Grade 9. OCDSB ILP - Hindi Language registration process for the upcoming school year has opened now. Mukul Hindi school's new session is starting from 7th Sept. 2024. This is an in-person school in Ottawa.

School Details :
Location: Pinecrest Public School, 1281 McWatters Road, Ottawa, ON K2C 3E7
Time: Saturdays 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM (In-Person)
Duration: September 7, 2024 - June 14, 2025 (as per OCDSB calendar)

Deadline :
We highly recommend Parents to register by 23rd Aug to have their children start the program on the 1st day of School i.e. 7th Sept. Registration can be done later as well however your child cannot attend the school till confirmed by OCDSB ILP.

Post successful registrations, Parents shall receive further confirmation email from OCDSB/Class Teacher regarding details on attending the school.

Dr. Mahesh Kumar Sharma is an Indian politician belonging to the Bharatiya Janata Party. He was re-elected in the 2019 Indian Parliamentary Election from Gautam Buddha Nagar. On 12 November 2014, he was appointed as a Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Culture and Tourism and Civil Aviation. He has also served as the first MLA of Noida Vidhan Sabha in Uttar Pradesh.

He is a doctor by profession, a social activist by passion and a politician by compassion. Fondly called as ‘Doctor Saab’ by his supporters and opponents alike, Dr. Sharma is known for his people centric approach, hard work, social commitment & administrative capabilities. He leads the Kailash Group of Hospitals based in Noida.

Shri Dr Ashok Chakradhar is an Indian author, poet and former head of the department of Hindi at Jamia Millia Islamia.
He has been awarded with Padma Shri and Yash Bharti Award for his contribution to the Indian Literature & Hindi Language.

After serving for 29 years at Jamia, he took voluntary retirement to focus on working towards the propagation and development of the Hindi language.

In 2007 he became the Hindi coordinator at the Institute of Life Long Learning at the University of Delhi and in 2009 was appointed as the Vice-Chairman of Hindi Academy, Government of Delhi and as the Vice-Chairman of the Kendriya Hindi Shikshan Mandal, Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

He debuted in 2004 with a minor role in Run and Omkara and has since worked in more than 60 films and 60 television shows.

For the 2017 film "Newton", Mr. Tripathi earned several awards including a National Film Award – Special Mention.

He has been honoured with the Diversity in Cinema Award at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) 2021.
