Hey did you know that we are about to launch our 2nd 200hr Yoga Teacher Training?! 🙌

❤️ Here’s what one of our students had to say:

“My experience with From Bones to Breath 200HR Yoga Teacher Training was exceptional. The depth of knowledge and compassion shared by the teachers created an inclusive and supportive space for all participants. Every practice and practical lesson felt personal and relevant to our individual needs. The curriculum was engaging and allowed opportunities for discussion and exploration. We were encouraged to find and appreciate our individuality as a positive teaching quality. Having completed the program, I feel that I have gained more than an understanding of the fundamentals and philosophy of yoga because I was given the space to apply the teachings to my life on and off the mat - a gift that I am now ready to share with others!”

✨if you or anyone you know is interested in deepening their commitment to yoga, we’d love for you to join us.

A toss of lavender to From Bones to Breath’s 200h YTT graduating class of 2021!

We spent 9 months coming together again and again to reflect and learn and wonder about what it might mean to be a Yoga Teacher. Why each of these ones felt pulled here. How we might layer all the limbs of yoga into our practice. Into our lives.

As we continue to foster our community together, there is a knowing that we are at one another’s backs as these graduates step out into the teaching world, if they choose to. Or as they continue their education, if they choose to. Or as they come to find their own practice more and more, if they choose to.

Whatever they choose.
Wherever they go.
At their backs, we’ll be.

Love,

Lorri, Jen & Meghan

Maslow Got It Wrong 04/21/2021

“Maslow appropriated the concept from the Siksika (Blackfeet Nation) and got it backwards.”

Maslow Got It Wrong It turns out that Abraham Maslow took the Hierarchy of Needs from the Blackfeet Nation. Only, he got it completely backward.
