Today, on Orange Shirt Day (September 30th), we honour the Survivors of residential schools, their families, and the children who never returned home.

The orange shirt is a powerful symbol of the loss of culture, identity, and childhood experienced by Indigenous children forced into these institutions. It also represents resilience, healing, and the commitment to truth and reconciliation.
