Tu veux investir dans un projet agricole sérieux, rentable et durable ?
Laisse-moi t’expliquer pourquoi l’avocatier est une opportunité en or... et aussi ce qu’il faut absolument savoir pour ne pas perdre ton argent.

1. Combien ça peut rapporter concrètement ?

Je recommande toujours une densité de 400 pieds par hectare.
Prenons un exemple concret :

Années 1 à 2 : l’arbre grandit, il ne produit pas encore. Tu prépares le terrain pour l’avenir.

Année 3 a 4 : les premiers fruits arrivent. Chaque arbre peut donner 1 sac d’avocat.

400 pieds × 1 sac = 400 sacs par hectare

Si tu vends à 25 000 F le sac, ça fait 10 millions F CFA

Si tu vends à 50 000 F le sac, tu peux faire 2o millions F CFA

À partir de la 6e année : les arbres sont bien développés, ils peuvent produire jusqu’à 5 sacs ou plus chacun.

400 pieds × 5 sacs = 2 000 sacs par hectare

À 25 000 F/sac = 5o millions F CFA

À 50 000 F/sac = 1oo millions F CFA par an !

Et ça, c’est chaque année pendant 30 à 50 ans, si l’entretien est bon. On parle donc d’un revenu passif sur le long terme.

2. Oui c’est rentable, mais ce n’est pas magique

L’avocatier n’est pas une baguette magique. Voici ce qu’il faut bien comprendre :

a. La patience est une arme

C’est une culture pérène. Tu ne verras pas de résultats immédiats comme dans le maraîchage.
Mais c’est justement cette patience qui te garantit une stabilité financière sur plusieurs décennies.

b. Le sol, c’est la base

Un bon avocatier pousse dans un sol :

Bien drainé (pas d’eau stagnante)

Riche en matière organique

Légèrement acide (pH entre 5,5 et 6,5)

Exemple concret : Un terrain argileux mal drainé = racines asphyxiées = l’arbre meurt.
Mais un sol sablo-limoneux, avec du compost et une légère pente = parfait pour la culture.

c. L’entretien est stratégique

Paillage pour garder l’humidité

Taille légère pour aérer l’arbre et stimuler la production

Désherbage régulier pour éviter la concurrence

Traitements biologiques ou naturels contre les insectes et les champignons

Exemple : Sans paillage, tu arroses 3 fois plus. Tu perds du temps et de l’argent. Avec paillage + compost, ton arbre grandit mieux et produit plus vite.

3. Le marché ? Il est déjà là !

Pas de stress pour vendre. Nous avons des acheteurs crédibles, prêts à acheter peu importe la quantité, que ce soit :

Sur le marché local (hôtels, supermarchés, marchés urbains…)

Ou à l’international (l’Europe raffole des avocats africains)

To Make Navratan Pulao

Basmati Rice - 1 Cup
Paneer - 200 Gms
Salt
Ghee
Almonds
Cashew Nuts
Potatoes
Carrots
Cauliflower
Beans
Green Peas
Whole Spices 
( Cinnamon, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Star Anise, Cloves )
Peppercorns - 1 Tsp
Shah Jeera - 1 Tsp
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
Saffron Milk
Fried Onions

Method:

1. Soak the basmati rice for 30 mins in water.
2. Fill a pot with water and boil. To this, add the soaked rice and salt.
3. Cook until the rice is done. Strain and keep it aside.
4. To a kadai, add ghee, cashews and almonds. Roast until they are slightly golden brown.
5. Add raisins at this point and roast. Keep them aside in a plate.
6. Add ghee and paneer to the same kadai and roast paneer until it is golden brown. Keep it aside.
7. Put some ghee in the same kadai again and add chopped potatoes and carrots. Roast.
8. Add some salt after they are slightly cooked. Mix and close the kadai with a lid.
9. Cook for 5 mins and keep the roasted potatoes and carrots aside.
10. Take ghee, cauliflower, beans and green peas in the same kadai.
11. Roast for a few seconds and cover with a lid. Cook for 5 mins and add salt. Mix. 
12. Cover with a lid and cook for another 5 mins.
13. Transfer them to a plate and keep them aside.
14. For assembling the pulao, take some ghee in the kadai and add whole spices to it.
15. Add peppercorns and shahjeera to this and saute.
16. Next add the cooked Basmati Rice.
17. Add the fried vegetables and fried paneer.
18. Now add salt, lemon juice and saffron milk.
19. Mix it all gently on a low flame.
20. Add the roasted nuts and raisins. Mix again.
21. Lastly add the fried onions and cover with a lid. Cook for 5 mins on low flame.
22. Lovely and colourful Navratan Pulao is ready to be served hot with some gravy and raitha by the side.
