Feeling like something is missing from your life? I like to describe that feeling as having a case of the "uns"... feeling like you are unsatisfied, uninspired, unfulfilled, unhealthy, unhappy, and maybe even unloved.

The path to getting unstuck is a journey that starts within. It starts with some serious questions about what it is you are truly seeking, where you are now in relation to what you are seeking, and what you are willing to do and/or sacrifice to get there.

That's a significant part of my approach to life when I am dealing with my "uns" and in search of something more. I can't move forward until I look within and ask myself those simple, yet tough questions.

This is also the cornerstone of my approach as a coach. I ask simple, yet tough questions, asking my clients to look within for the answers. I am but a facilitator, empowering those around me to overcome those "uns" in their lives to create a life that is satisfying, inspiring, fulfilling, healthy, happy, and most importantly, loving.

Years ago, I found myself stuck on the side of a mountain in El Salvador and heard the following words spoken by a dear friend... "Sometimes you have to slow down and stop, before you can move forward."
I never thought that moment and those words would have such a profound impact on my life. In the time since that meaningful moment, I have gone back to those words time and time again. For myself, when I am feeling stressed or anxious, I simply pause and catch my breath. As a coach, I have used this method as the cornerstone of my approach, helping my clients find clarity, build confidence, and develop conviction all through simply taking a moment to pause and reflect.
