Not sure what to take? For the first three weeks of the new session, you can book a drop-in for any of the progressive classes to try them out! Street Dance, Sass/Heels, Dancehall All Levels and Intermediate, and Reggaetón. 

If you register for the full 12-week session, your spot is secured and you get the best value. As a bonus, you’re able to reschedule three missed class if you can’t make it. 

And as always, if you register for a class or workshop and you’d like to switch, just send me an email. I want whatever you register for to work well for your schedule and bring you SO much joy!

It’s back-to-school season and that means it’s time to get back into a routine for YOU too! I’ve always believed that health is wealth. And that means prioritizing your own wellbeing and happiness, even when life gets busy or you feel pulled in a hundred different directions.

I hear from so many people that committing to a full-session dance class keeps them accountable and ensures they have at least that one hour (or two, or three, or four!) in their schedule that’s just for them.

Our classes and workshops are all about doing something good for your body and spirit, and having SO much FUN while doing it!
