Happy Monday! 👀🤗 - Miss Maria here, checking in with an important note to keep our members of the "M.E.M studio" healthy this season. Many of our emerging virtuosos are currently battling the common bug 🪲going around! So, here are some helpful tips and tricks to beat it and stay at our healthiest! 🌟🎤🎶
**REMEDIES**
- Drink throat coat tea (even if you're not a fan of the taste). IT WORKS! 😅
- "Singers Saving Grace" spray (check out the photo above), available on Amazon Canada. (This spray saved me MANY times when I had to perform while very sick) 😷🎤🤗
- Gargle with saltwater (not the most enjoyable, but it works wonders!).
- Embrace lots and LOTS of rest!
***WELLNESS ELIXIRS***
- Enjoy teas made with turmeric, ginger, and lemon. 🫖 🍵 ☕️
- Stay hydrated and make sure you are drinking PLENTY of liquids. ☕️🥤
