This time of year carries a different kind of weight.
It’s not just about being tired.
It’s about reaching the end of another year
and quietly wondering whether anything will actually be different when the calendar turns.
Last year, at this time, I was barely holding on.
I knew something needed to change —
but knowing that, and making space for it, are two very different things.
What I see now, over and over, is this:
so many women hold on through December,
hoping the new year will bring clarity, energy, or momentum —
without ever giving themselves the space to reset first.
And then another year begins…
with the same patterns,
the same exhaustion,
the same quiet ache for “more.”
Change doesn’t come from pushing harder into January.
It comes from choosing to pause — intentionally —
and listening to what’s actually asking for attention.
That’s why this January, I’m holding space through two sessions, each designed to support women who know something needs to shift — and are ready to meet that moment honestly.
=> One session focuses on sustaining your inner fire so you’re not burning yourself out trying to keep everything going, with Harriet Bratt.
=> The other invites reflection and renewal so you can close one chapter before stepping into the next, with Savanna Symons.
These sessions are not interchangeable.
They meet women in different places.
If this feels like something you’d gift yourself — or another woman you care about —
you can use the code IGNITEGIFT when registering for either January session.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about not letting another year pass without choosing yourself somewhere along the way.
