Attention: Early Childhood Educators in the ESDT program,
An OntarioTech student is currently conducting a research project investigating RECEs’ technology use and digital competence. The researcher wants to explore if participation in a fully online digital space supports educators in completing their continuous professional learning (CPL) requirements, leading to a more profound professional learning experience.
Incentive: Participants who complete all focus group and interview sessions will be eligible for a certificate of participation. Certificates can be used to support participants' professional learning goals (e.g., professionalism and leadership).
