E.T. Property Maintenance

E.T. Property Maintenance Full service property maintenance company specializing in seasonal lawn care and fertilization. E.T. Property Maintenance.

Property Maintenance was founded in 2007 under the name Taylor’s Lawn Care (TLC), by a young student and his Father. The concept was simple; provide high quality lawn care, to friends and neighbours, at a reasonable price. Taylor had great success with this model and after a few years the company was taken over by his younger brother, Derek. In 2017, Taylor`s Lawn Care was purchased by Trent James and his partner Eric Guernsey and re-branded E.T. Although the company has undergone a transition of ownership, the basic commitment to providing quality service has not wavered.
