UOAA 2012 Conference - Developing Strategic Partnerships The 2012 UOAA Conference and Case Competiton

We have Embraced the Challenge, we have Broken Barriers and now it’s time to Develop Strategic Partnerships.

This year’s UOAA Conference and Case Competition will be held on March 9th and 10th at the Ajax Convention Centre. From professional workshops and dynamic speakers to an intense case competition, our delegates will be shown a Conference experience unlike any other at UOIT. This year’s case competition will challenge students in all areas of business, in applying their knowledge in a team environment setting to solve a professional level case. Our conference will give our delegates opportunities to network with Accounting Bodies, large corporations and local businesses to gain exposure with potential recruiters and representatives. Our competition will offer a new experience for UOIT students. Students will be competing at either at a senior or junior level; first and second year students considered junior, third and fourth year students considered senior. We are giving our delegates the opportunity to either put together their own team or register individually where they will be placed in a team at their respective level. Teams will consist of 5 delegates that can only be at one competing level. We will have booths set up in the UA Atrium on Tuesdays and Thursdays or if your are unable to make it those days you can email us at [email protected] and one of our executive members will gladly meet you on campus to register yourself or your team. Ticket prices are $50 and we require that full payment is made upon registration. We only have 20 team spots, giving room for only 100 delegates! Hurry and register AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED!!! Sincerely,

UOAA Conference Executive Team.
