Welcome to the Mitch and Leslie Frazer Faculty of Education at Ontario Tech University. We are a vibrant community of educators, researchers, professionals, and students supporting evidenced-based, technology-enhanced research, and life-long learning. We're delighted to welcome Dr. Abi Sriharan to the Frazer Faculty of Education! 🎉👏

As an Associate Professor, Dr. Sriharan studies how artificial intelligence and emerging technologies are reshaping organizations, professional work, and workforce development. Her research explores how organizations can adapt to technological change while balancing organizational priorities with worker wellbeing, professional autonomy, and meaningful work, with a particular focus on health-care and educational organizations.

Through the SHIFT Research Lab, Dr. Sriharan develops research and organizational simulations that support leaders and professionals as they navigate the future of work. She brings extensive research and teaching experience to Ontario Tech, including her leadership and contributions to more than $7 million in funded research and global recognition for both her research and teaching.

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Sriharan to our faculty and look forward to the perspectives and expertise she brings to our research and learning community!
