Witch's Brew 🍲 spooky fun and science all in one 🎃👻

Supplies needed:
🎃 Baking Soda
🎃 Vinegar
🎃 Food Colouring
🎃 Bowl or other container for mixing
🎃 Any extras like spoons, little toys

Instructions:
👻 I didn't use specific amounts
👻 Pour baking soda into your bowl
👻 Mix up your vinegar and food colouring, we used two different colours to see what would happen
👻 Pour vinegar into the bowl, and watch it foam up

How do we talk about mental health at daycare? By talking about our feelings, and accepting all of them. Our big feelings, our mad feelings, our happy feelings and everything in between. We learn the words to describe our feelings, and what to do when our feelings are just too big for us.
