Time for a walk down memory lane, Tigers! 🐅✨

We’re digging into the Ridgeview vaults to share a piece of our school’s history every Thursday! Whether it's a look back at classic school fashions, past events, or familiar faces from years gone by, we love celebrating where we’ve been as much as where we’re going.

Take a look at this throwback from the archives! 📸

Sweet Skills Bakery is BACK for another school year! 🎉🧁

Today was the first day for our student-run pop-up bake shop, and our students came out in full force. We completely sold out of every single treat in record time!

Our Sweet Skills students jumped back into action like absolute pros, managing the rush, serving treats, managing money, and keeping the line moving. We couldn't be prouder of their hard work and teamwork today.

If you missed us this morning, don't worry! Sweet Skills Bakery will be open every Wednesday and Friday.

Check out our student bakers in action! 🍞✨

🐯 Wolastoqey Wednesday! 🌿

Woliwon! Our word of the week is:
✨ Psiw-te wasis okimqasu - Every Child Matters

Learning new Wolastoqey language each week helps us continue to honour and celebrate the culture and history of the Wolastoqiyik Nation.

Stay tuned every Wednesday to learn and share a new Wolastoqey word!

🎉 Ridgeview ROARs are on a roll! 🐯💛

This month we had 90 ROARs come into the office — that’s 90 moments of students caught showing their Ridgeview Pride by being Respectful, Open-minded, Accountable, and Responsible! 🙌

We love celebrating our students who make positive choices and help make Ridgeview a great place to learn and grow. Keep those ROARs coming! 🦁✨

Happy World Teachers’ Day to all of our incredible educators at Ridgeview Middle School!! 🐯

Every single day, our educators go above and beyond to support, inspire, and empower our students both inside and outside the classroom. From guiding academic growth to leading extracurriculars and building a welcoming, inclusive community, their dedication makes RMS a place where students truly thrive.

Please join us in thanking our team of educators for their hard work, heart, and commitment to our school community!

🍂 Morning Arrival Reminder 🧥

Now that cooler weather has arrived, we wanted to share a quick reminder about our morning routines and options for students before class starts.

At 8:05 AM: Students are welcome to come inside and head to either the Breakfast Club Program or the Gym. Students who prefer to stay outside can continue playing until 8:30 AM!

Inclement Weather Days (Rain or Extreme Cold): If the weather requires us to bring everyone inside early, students will gather in the breezeway upon arrival. The Breakfast Club and Gym will still open at 8:05 AM, and all remaining students will head to their homerooms at 8:15 AM (instead of playing outside).

Since students remain outside until at least 8:05 AM every day, please ensure they dress warmly for the crisp outdoor temperatures.

Thank you for your support in keeping our students safe and warm. Go Tigers! 🐅
