"Street clothes" Jiu Jitsu.....
We've always preached how effictive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is in a self defence situation.
Today we put it to the test wearing our every day clothes that we would typically wear to work, school, shopping or just out and about.
It was the most fun we've had in a ling time !!

We tried something new today.....
We had a "Street clothes" Jiu Jitsu class !!!
It was the most fun we had in a very long time.
We were able to test our ability to defend ourselves, roll and have some fun wearing everyday clothes....
We'll definitely be doing this again in the future...

Ladies save the date !!!
On Sunday March 8th, from 3-4pm, we'll be celebrating International women's Day, by hosting a women's self defence class absolutely free !!
It will be a fun filled hour learning some self defence in an inclusive, fun, friendly and safe environment.

On December 12, 2025, Rick brought home BRONZE at the prestigious IBJJF No-Gi World Championship — one of the toughest tournaments in the world!
This medal is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and the grit he shows every single day on our mats here in Orangeville. We’re incredibly proud to have him as part of the Orangeville BJJ family! 🧡
