🎹 BEGINNER GROUP PIANO LESSONS 🎹
TIME:
Friday 1:00-1:45 8-10 yrs
Friday 2-2:45 6-8 yrs
LOCATION : New Wine on Birch Ave.
COST: $150 for 10 week session, plus books (approx $20)
DATES: Runs 10 weeks Sept 13 through Nov 22. No lesson Thanksgiving weekend, Oct 11.
DESCRIPTION:
This course is designed to move through the basics of playing piano and note-reading in a fun, encouraging setting. We will use Faber Piano Adventures Primer: Lesson Book and Writing Book.
At each class we will review previous songs and I will introduce 2-3 new songs each week, plus activities and writing exercises to reinforce musical concepts.
Emails will be sent with weekly assignments, including a link to the video demo.
Each student will receive a duotang with Progress Tracker sheet and stickers to put on a practice chart.
For kids needing extra reinforcement there is a supplementary book available, and parents are free to contact me for support.
For kids needing extra challenge, there are several supplementary books available from the series.

Explorations for Singers 🎶🎤 develops fundamental vocal technique with a focus on traditional songs and includes ear training and basic theory.

🎹 GROUP BEGINNER PIANO 🎹
I'm offering group piano lessons in 100 Mile starting September. I believe this would be helpful for families who don't want the commitment of private lessons, but want their kids to learn the basics, or just try it out for a while.
There would be two small groups, 6-8 yr olds, and 8-10 yr olds. It would be limited to 4 or 5 students max, so I am sharing it with friends first... feel free to share with others who might be interested.
12 week session
$180 + $25 books
