🌟 Youth Need Support? We’re Here to Help! 🌟

The Cariboo Family Enrichment Centre Youth Services Program provides a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space for youth ages 12–25 to connect, learn, and grow.

💙 Youth Outreach Services offer one-on-one support with a Youth Worker and can help with:
✔️ Building life skills
✔️ Self-esteem and confidence
✔️ Managing feelings such as anxiety or anger
✔️ Mindfulness and self-care
✔️ Addressing bullying and conflict
✔️ School-related challenges
✔️ Gender and sexuality support
✔️ Advocacy and connecting to community resources such as housing, employment, and other supports
✔️ Attending appointments and meetings for extra support

Our goal is to empower youth, help them overcome barriers, and develop the skills needed to successfully transition into adulthood through mentorship, education, and connection.

🎲 Looking for a place to connect? Check out the Raven Youth Activity Centre! Open Monday–Thursday from 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM for youth ages 12–18, offering games, activities, life-skills resources, wellness support, and opportunities to build positive peer connections.

At Cariboo Family Enrichment Centre, our Family Services team is here to support families in 100 Mile House and surrounding communities with compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally safe care.

We offer support with:
✨ Parenting skills and confidence
✨ Pregnancy and post-partum support
✨ Child development and healthy routines
✨ Co-parenting through separation/divorce
✨ Community connections and resources
✨ Family preservation and reunification
✨ Budgeting, coping, and self-care skills

Our programs include:
👶 Home Visitor Program – free, confidential support for families with young children
🤰 Healthy Care Pregnancy Program – support for those pregnant or up to 7 months post-partum who use or have used substances
💬 Nobody’s Perfect Parenting Group – connect with other parents of children 0–5 years and explore parenting topics together in a supportive environment

Services are available in-office, in-home, virtually, or by phone.

💙 Supporting Families Through the Complex Behaviours Key Worker Program 💙

The Cariboo Family Enrichment Centre is here to support families and caregivers raising children and youth (ages 0–19) with suspected or confirmed Complex Developmental Behavioural Conditions (CDBC), including FASD.

✨ Services Include:
✔️ Advocacy & assessment support
✔️ Family-centred strategies and interventions
✔️ School support and community connections
✔️ Transition planning
✔️ Parent & caregiver support groups
✔️ Education and awareness around CDBCs and FASD

Families don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. The Key Worker Program provides guidance, resources, and personalized support to help families build on their strengths and advocate for their children with confidence.
