Rustic Roots at the Barn

Rustic Roots at the Barn Sharing a passion for healthy eating, living & connecting with community. Sharing a passion for healthy living & connecting with community!

We offer products that are HOME GROWN, HAND GATHERED and ALL NATURAL. We believe in simplicity … producing and consuming food that is free from pesticides, additives, sprays, hormones, etc. It takes a little bit more work to do it the old-fashioned way, but the flavour and nutritional benefits make it worthwhile! We love all things steeped in tradition, including music & dance! We offer traditional Ottawa Valley Step Dance, piano and fiddle lessons! We believe that a healthy lifestyle includes social connections within our community including staying active with fitness classes and special programs and events that allow us to connect with our friends, family and neighbours!
