My goal is to improve fundamental skills and knowledge in order for learners to build a strong enough foundation to be confident and capable. I am happy to support learners on an as needed basis. I generally support students one of the following ways:

1- In Person. This is my preference for younger students, as it tends to be more engaging for them and we are able to easily share/ work on the materials together for the more fundamental skills.
2- Online/ editing. For this method, students will send me their drafts to mark up areas that can be improved upon, including extensive notes on how to improve their work, explanations as to why change is needed (or optimal), and occasionally examples. I will not re-write work for students, that would be cheating. My goal with this method is to provide students with the appropriate insight to improve their own work to achieve progressively better results with new skills and perspective. This is the approach I use for college/ university level as I find this is often the best use of my billable time and the student is able to review/ correct on their own time.
