I’ve got some big news that I’ve been waiting forever to announce!👇🏻

In January my family and I will be moving 📦 to Austin, Texas! 🤠

My husband has been working with a company based out of Austin for the last year. In April when we travelled there as a family we absolutely fell in love with it (as you can see in these pics from our trip!) ✈️ After 6+ months we finally got approved for an American work visa. 🇺🇸

Sadly, this does mean that I will no longer be teaching music classes. 😢 The reason I didn’t announce my move sooner is because I wanted to wait until we found a home in Austin (and it was really official) before I made it “instagram-official”. And of course as these things go, that took forever! 🤪

Don’t worry - I won’t leave you high and dry without recommending some amazing music classes to attend! Check out Amy and/or Jenny
They are both warm, fun, kind, and incredibly skilled music educators and fellow mothers. I promise both you and your kids will adore them! 🥰

I don’t know exactly how to express what this community has meant to me over the years. I started this music class in 2017 shortly after having my first baby. It grew into multiple locations, toddler classes, family classes, virtual classes and a beautiful community of parents. You were part of my early motherhood journey, welcoming 3 babies into my life and my business. I will always be grateful for the kindness, support and love you’ve shown me and my kids over the past 5 years.

Moving this far with 3 kids under 7 will inevitably have its challenges, but we feel ready and very excited for this new chapter as a family!♥️

PART 1: DROP-INS

Our Thursday 10am Toddler Class and 12pm Baby Classes are now full. 🫤

BUT if you’re looking to join music in the next 4 weeks, we have space for drop-ins during the mixed age class on Thursdays at 11am, or the family class on bi-weekly Saturdays at 10am! 😃 Please use the links in my bio to register so that I can account for capacity. 💻

*NOTE: If you already spoke to me last week about joining the toddler or baby class this coming week don’t worry - I’ve accounted for you already and you’re still welcome to attend. 😉

PART TWO - CHRISTMAS CLASSES 🎄

I will open up Christmas class registration this THURSDAY NOV 10th at 8:30pm! 🚨 The last time I ran these back in 2019 they sold out quickly, so take a look at the schedule below, plan the classes you’d like to attend and set an alarm on your phone so you don’t miss out! 🛎 📱

I will only be able to offer 3 days of Christmas classes, with multiple classes on those days. I really wanted to offer more, but as you know this is a darn busy time of year for venues and me personally so unfortunately this is all I can swing at this time! 😅🎅🏻

Now that we are enjoying the peak of fall, it’s time to release our late fall music sessions! 🍂 🎵

Weekday classes are at the same time, same place:
Thursdays We Rock the Spectrum - Oakville from Oct 27-Dec 1st.

Toddler Class (age 1-4)
Music from 10:00-10:45
Gym playtime option at 11:00

Mixed Age Class (age 0-5)
Gym playtime option at 10:00
Music from 11:00-11:45

Baby Class (age 0-18 months)
Music from 12:00-12:30pm

6-week session tickets are the best value and give your child the greatest opportunity to get comfortable and develop their skills & confidence. Single day classes are also available if you need some flexibility.

Bi-weekly Saturday classes are also running until the end of November, and single day tickets are available.

If you haven’t been out to a music class in a while, now is a great time to join because the weather is getting cooler (so going to parks every day is less appealing) but getting out the door doesn’t yet require snowsuits! 😅

What a lovely morning kicking off our fall season of music classes at ! 🎶🍁 We sang, we danced, we laughed and nobody cried today! In a room full of babies and toddlers, that’s definitely a win-win-win! 🙌🏻

I am so excited for fall classes to start this week! 🍁 😃🎵

On Thursdays, 2/3 of our classes are sold out, but there is still space in this 11am class! 🎉

This mixed age class is open to babies, toddlers and young children. 👩‍👧‍👦You can purchase a 6-week pass or just buy tickets for the days that work for you. 📆

You can also bundle in the cost of a discounted gym play at the fabulous ! If you do this, gym time would be from 10:00-11:00am, followed by music from 11:00-11:45 every Thursday during the session. It makes for a very fun and engaging morning! 🤸‍♀️ Don’t forget - I never charge for siblings on weekday classes. 😊

I’m so excited to be joining .ca for this much-needed new program! 😃

I love this playgroup concept because it’s designed with toddler’s development in mind, but welcomes babies along for the ride. So it’s perfect for parents at home with two little ones! 👩‍👧‍👦

When I was in that stage of my motherhood journey with a 2 year old and baby at home I felt so isolated because the programs were often either geared towards babies or toddlers, and this is both! 🎉 It’s also a great way to meet other parents in your shoes. ♥️

Growing Tots Playgroup includes different activities each week for toddlers to enjoy with a parent or caregiver. It is a time to play with your little one who is now on the move. It also allows time for parents to connect with each other during the class as well. This is the perfect class for you if you have a baby and toddler. Babies in carriers are welcome.

Week 1 – Getting to know you
Week 2 – Yoga Playgroup from Once Upon A Mat Program
Week 3 – Music by Do-Re-Mi & My Baby
Week 4 – Baby Signs Too

Duration: 1 hour in duration for 4 weeks. Allowing for 45 minutes of activities and the remainder of time is for connection.

Hello Weekends! 🍂🥰

Thank you to everyone who provided input in the poll last week! I’m so excited to introduce ‘Saturday Songs’! Hopefully this provides you with a little sprinkle of music in your weekends. 🎶

I will be offering these music classes every OTHER Saturday at 10am beginning on September 17th. Classes will be for kids aged 0-5, at a new beautiful location 😍 - !

These classes are designed with ultimate flexibility for you! You can either book all 6 days at once (for a discount) or pre-book single classes. Drop-ins are also welcome if the class doesn’t sell out. I’ll post each week to let you know if it’s full. $25 per class.

I usually don’t charge extra for siblings during my weekday classes, but since these are on weekends I need to account for the possibility of entire families coming, so I’ll just charge an extra $5 for each additional sibling older than 6 months. 👩‍👧‍👧

There are 2 links in the comments below to register. One if you want to book all 6 classes, and another if you want to select single classes. I’ll leave that one up all fall for registration. If you think you may want to join last minute, feel free to add the music class dates to your calendar! 📅 Then you can make your decision as your week shapes up. 😊
