Tyrel Edwards shares how he uses his experience of struggling with his mental health and identity to launch support programs to help student athletes who may be going through similar experiences.
Tyrel Edwards on identity & mental health, as well as problems commonly faced by student athletes later in their careers.
Sometimes it seems that some of the most accomplished people don’t suffer from mental health difficulties, but that assumption is wrong.
Here, Tyrel talks about having depression and anxiety, seeking help and being vulnerable.
