We provide girls with fun, active workshops that help prepare them academically (French Immersion & English) and improve fitness levels while building self-esteem. Our workshops and customized programs, which are designed and taught by a qualified French Immersion teacher & fitness trainer, help to address some of the most serious issues facing children and teenagers in today's society: insufficient physical activity, unhealthy eating habits, excessive screen time and stress.
