⭐️ So impressed this with young learner’s writing progress. His potential was always there - he just needed it to be unlocked! Here I am using the “Hamburger Paragraph” with him to organize his thoughts.

The 🍔 Paragraph consists of the following, and it’s the easiest way for learners to write their thoughts and ideas in a logical and sequential manner.

Top Bun - Intro Sentence. It should include most of the 5Ws.

Patty/Vegetables/Cheese - Body aka the “meat” of the paragraph. Here, students write down 3 events and some additional details about each event.

Bottom Bun - Conclusion/Ending Sentence.

Watching confidence grow is the best part of what I do. 💛

This Grade 2 student came to me struggling with sentence formation and writing. After just 2 tutoring sessions with me, he’s already writing complete sentences, self-correcting his work, and using proper punctuation. ✏️📚

So incredibly proud of this kiddo and the progress he’s making. One step at a time, and he’s proving that with the right support, growth happens. 🌱✨
