INCLINE BENCH PR 275lbs @ 205lbsπ€πͺπ» Failed the second rep but happy with the progress Iβve made on the incline bench this year! Many people will tell you it is impossible to get stronger as you are leaning down but that is simply not the case. Iβve been utilizing reverse pyramid training for the last 6 months and I have seen great changes in my physique and strength!

INTERMITTENT FASTING βοΈ Every morning when I wake up I fast for the first 6-8 hour upon waking. Iβve been doing this for the last 2 years thanks to and itβs really helped me stay in a caloric deficit. Once I break the fast I typically have a banana before I train than two massive meals to finish off the day!π©π Try this out and let me know what you think in the comment section below!β¬οΈβ¬οΈβ¬οΈ
