Violin 🎻 Summer Camp

with Ms. Klaudia and her team.

For Ages 5-10 years old, complete beginners.

Week: August 31 - September 4, 2026

Half day / full day / before and after care.

Fees:

$249/half day 9-12

$399/full day 9-4

$6/hour for before and after care

(hours 8-9 am, 4-6 pm)

Location: Oakville.

Included: violin rental for a week, all music supplies and sheet music copies, art supplies, photo, t-shirt, daily progress reports.

Beginner Violin Camp More Info:

Description: Every 15 minutes or so we change up activities. Activities include playing musical instruments like violin, piano, cello, harp, guitar, percussion; history of music, theory, singing, listening to music, analysis. We do music related crafts, talk about construction of instruments, famous makers and players. We include the most important music composers in history. The camp is interactive and children-driven, they often decide what we do next. Very fun and dynamic.

We get great parent reviews and amazing children positive feedback. Often, after this experience children express their interest in one of the instruments and continue pursuing it.

~ This format includes beginners level violinists of ages 5+, 5-10 years old, and offers participation in-person in a small group, with attention to detail and time for at least 15-minute daily one-one-one instruction time. Violin rental is included, for a full week to take home.

~ Camp may includes a day trip to a Toronto/ Kitchener or other violin shop, depending on interest, with opportunity to explore the violin making, difference in sound quality of variety of violins, exploring this fine craftsmanship.

~ Focus of this camp has always been, since 2006, on proper 🎻 set up from the start and posture adjustments in later stages to achieve better performance, quality of sound and enjoyment or playing 🎻 without pain! Quick pace, engaging, informative camp.
