Please view the message below regarding the opportunity to win a DECA Scholarship at Babson College.

"We want to make sure that you and your students are aware of a scholarship opportunity at Babson! The Babson DECA Scholarship, a $5,000 award, renewable each year, is awarded to students who have participated in the DECA program at his or her high school. We believe that students involved in DECA may have the intellectual leadership and entrepreneurial mindset to be successful at Babson. Babson's mission is closely aligned with the vision of DECA to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs. We write to make you aware of this scholarship so that you may share this opportunity with your DECA advisees and your DECA partners.

In order to be eligible, students must submit a 500-word essay, a list of his/her involvements at the state and international levels of DECA, and a letter of recommendation from the DECA advisor. We ecourage you to learn more about the Babson DECA Scholarship and our many other scholarship opportunities.

We strongly encourage you to share this information with your DECA advisees and encourage them to learn more about Babson. Please note, our Regular Decision deadline is January 3, 2017 and we will be accepting applications for the Babson DECA Scholarship through February 1, 2017. Two things to address:

If anyone needs any help registering feel free to message one of the execs. I believe it is $37 to register.

2) Next week, our meeting will be held Tuesday after school from 3:00-4:15. Please ensure that you can attend, as our lunch meetings will no longer happen. After this week, the after school meetings will be held on Monday's after school during the same time slot.

Our first info meeting for 2015/2016 DECA will be next Tuesday, September 15th at 3:00pm!!
