Creation From Within

Creation From Within Breaking generational patterns, one woman at a time. Not every “should” deserves to be passed down🌹 Facilitation and teaching are my passion!

I'm a driven business owner dedicated to helping individuals discover the secrets to creating the life they desire. For over 25 years, I have been teaching adults and children in English, French and Arabic. I really enjoy facilitating self-development topics in a positive environment where we share opinions and personal experiences. These discussions bring awareness to the group about different li

fe perspectives and lead to inner growth and transformation. My greatest strength is helping others discover how powerful they are at manifesting their goals. In my workshops, we:

• Learn the importance of our thoughts and the choices we make in life
• Understand the importance of visualization
• Understand how our beliefs impact our life and how to change the limiting ones
• Realize that our emotions are life’s feedback system and that we can shift them
• Examine our perceptions about specific situations and changing them
• Learn how to physically take action and baby steps towards achieving our goals
• Follow our instincts and hunches
• Show the importance of having dreams and pursuing them
• Have faith in the process

Your body can feel when something in your life doesn’t fit, even when your mind keeps telling you it’s fine.

Sometimes the tension is asking you to pay attention.

🌟What are you living with because it feels right for you, and what are you living with because you were taught you should?

🌹 Share this with a woman who might need to ask herself that question.🌹

You can remember what someone did for you.
You can appreciate it deeply.
You can even return that kindness.

But it doesn’t mean they get a vote in every decision you make afterward.

Gratitude is not ownership.

This is why I do what I do.

To watch a woman begin to see herself differently, trust herself again, and realize that she has choices. 🌹

This is what breaking generational patterns can look like.

Guilt can be very convincing.

Especially when you start doing things differently from the women who came before you.

Maybe you were taught that a good woman puts everyone else first.
That saying no is selfish.
That keeping the peace matters more than speaking up.
That you don’t question certain traditions, expectations or family roles.

So when you finally choose differently, guilt can show up.

But guilt doesn’t always mean you’re doing something wrong.

Sometimes it simply means you’re breaking a pattern you were taught never to question.

So before you change your mind just to make the guilt go away, ask yourself:

🌟Did I do something wrong… or did I just break an old rule that no longer works for me?

You can keep your roots and still choose how you want to live your life.

Checking everyone’s mood before speaking.

Feeling responsible for keeping the peace.

Over explaining simple decisions.

Feeling guilty for saying no.

Many women think these behaviours are just part of who they are.

They’re not.

Often, they’re patterns we learned growing up. From our families. Our culture. The women who came before us.

And without realizing it, we can carry those same patterns into our own relationships and families.

But what was passed down doesn’t have to keep being passed down.

You can understand where the pattern came from, question whether it still belongs in your life, and choose differently.

That’s how generational patterns start to break.

Even with nobody in the room the voice was still there.

Because the voice that tells you what is and isn’t allowed doesn’t need an audience.
It lives inside you.

I thought it was my own voice for the longest time.
It wasn’t.

It was just the first voice I ever heard.
And I had never once asked whether it was telling me the truth.

The day I started questioning it everything began to change.

👇When did you last question a rule you were given?

Awareness can help you understand yourself.

But change happens when you start doing something different with what you now know.

That’s what I love about Dr. Sarah McKay’s REFIRE to Rewire model.

🌟Knowing is powerful.
Practicing is where things begin to change.

She didn’t raise her voice.
She didn’t make it dramatic.
She just said the thing clearly and then sat quietly while the room shifted around her.

And I watched people become uncomfortable.
Not because what she said was wrong.
Because it was true and they weren’t ready for it.

And she didn’t apologize.
She didn’t soften it after.
She just let it stand there.

There is a specific kind of courage that has nothing to do with being loud or aggressive or difficult.
It’s just saying the true thing.
Clearly.

And not apologizing for it.

🌹Tag the woman who does this.

She’s the most courageous person in any room she walks into.🌹

One of my biggest takeaways from Day 1 of the Brain Coach Bootcamp with Dr. Sarah McKay:

Our brain is constantly being influenced by:

• What’s happening in our body

• What’s happening around us, including our family, culture and relationships

• What we think, remember and expect

So when saying no brings up guilt, or disappointing your family feels almost impossible, it’s not just about what you’re thinking.

There’s a lot influencing that reaction.

Understanding what’s influencing us can help us start changing the patterns we keep repeating.

You can be grateful for everything your family has done for you and still make choices they wouldn’t make.

Their disappointment doesn’t automatically mean you’ve disrespected them.

Sometimes it simply means you’ve stopped needing their approval to decide what’s right for you.

And that can feel uncomfortable for everyone.
