20 months, 26 tutors and 93 students since our first session, we completed our 1000th hour of tutoring!! 🎉

Thank you to all our loyal clients and amazing tutors for helping us reach this HUGE milestone. We're so glad to have been a part of your academic and professional journeys! 😁🎓

We need to do better as a society, as individuals and as businesses.
We are past the point of empty words. We are past the point of just reflecting. We need to take action.
Today, we are renewing our commitment to the fight against racism by taking the following actions 👇
1️⃣ We will be giving our June donation budget to black advocacy groups.
2️⃣ We will continue to actively promote a company culture of inclusivity, free of discrimination.
3️⃣ We will continue to offer discounted sessions to struggling and marginalized families. To ensure discounts are applied without bias, we will create criteria that must be met for a discount to be offered.
4️⃣ We will continue to remove unconscious bias in the hiring process. We will eliminate the names and gender pronouns of our tutor applicants in future hirings.
5️⃣ We will continue to ensure equality and fairness in the delivery of our services, in-person and online.
6️⃣ Lastly, we are encouraging our tutors to use their voices to advocate, petition, protest, donate and volunteer for a fairer society.
