Sauté garlic and onion in Olive oil.
Add mushrooms and zucchini.
Add sausage.
Cook until vegetables are soft and meat is done.
Add half a bottle of tomato purée and a ladle of pasta water.
Add seasoning- basil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
Add cooked cheese tortellini.
Cover with cheese of choice and broil in oven for 5 mins.

World Cup birthday complete!
We decorated water bottles.
We did soccer team challenges.
We hunted for world flags and won prizes and medals!
We had a stadium full of soccer themed snacks and finished with ice cream cake!
