Day 3 and entire weekend is in the books! It's always awesome to host because Sensei Paul and Sensei Michelle always bring the goods 💪🏻

Day 3 finished with seiyunchin kata detail and bunkai in the morning, and the entire afternoon was one giant Q&A where attendees got to direct the delivered material. It was the first time we experienced that type of exchange and it was awesome 👌🏻
