📚 Reading isn’t just a skill—it’s the foundation for all learning! From discovering new ideas to building independence, strong reading skills open endless possibilities for children.

In Montessori, we introduce reading through hands-on materials like sandpaper letters, moveable alphabets, and phonetic objects. These tools help children connect sounds to letters in a way that feels natural and engaging, laying the groundwork for self-motivated and confident reading.

Last week, CASA parents explored how we introduce reading in Montessori through a fun and interactive workshop! They learned about phonics-based learning and put their new skills into action during a stay-and-play session with their little ones.

When children develop reading skills with curiosity and purpose, they become lifelong learners! ✨
