Great update!
🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR AUTHORIZED PROVIDERS & TRAINING PARTNERS 🚨
As first aid training continues to evolve in Ontario, Assured Response is proud to support our Authorized Providers through the transition to the new CSA Z1210 Standard.
As part of these updates, you'll begin seeing new course names:
✅ Standard First Aid is now Intermediate First Aid
✅ Emergency First Aid is now Basic First Aid
What's changing?
The course names have been updated to better align with the new CSA Standard and WSIB workplace first aid requirements.
What's NOT changing?
✔️ The quality of your training.
✔️ The value and recognition of your certification.
✔️ Our commitment to supporting Authorized Providers with industry-leading resources, customer service, and instructor support.
At Assured Response, we're committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. We're updating our training materials, certificates, online learning systems, and provider resources so our Authorized Providers can continue delivering exceptional first aid education with confidence.
