Brie Bake
Last minute dinner elevation 🙌. Takes two minutes to put together and bakes itself while you cook dinner
Brie round
Halved cherry tomatoes
Basil
Thyme
Red onion
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar or I used Maple bourbon BV
S&P to taste
Some sort of bread to slather this up with (I used day old focaccia we toasted in slices)
Oven proof pan (no plastic)
Drizzle EVOO onto pan so cheese doesn’t stick
Add tomatoes and onion
Drizzle with EVOO and Balsamic
Season with salt and pepper
Top with basil and thyme (can add more to serve)
Throw on the BBQ at 400 is or whatever you’re cooking at till puffed up and you know the cheese has melted inside. Maybe 20 or so min. Slice open with knife and enjoy!

Fire Roasted Red Pepper Soup! Hated by my 9 yo but loved by the adults lol. Funny because I can't stand peppers but this sure was yum 😋
Used left over pizza dough to make bread- surprisingly worked super well! Just popped on a greased pan and off we went :)
