Our hearts are filled with pride as we congratulate the Dong’s Dreamers Academy (DDA) Teens Cultural Dancers – Cariñosa Dancers (Kait, Krystelle, Anne, Zoe, Nathaniel, Liam, and Gian) for being named GRAND CHAMPION at the Saviour’s Eagles Foundation International Inc. (SEFII) Philippines 128th Independence Day Celebration held on June 12, 2026 at the Monte Carlo Inn & Suites, Markham.

This achievement reflects the hard work, discipline, dedication, and passion of our talented young performers who beautifully represented the richness of Filipino culture through their captivating Cariñosa presentation.

We extend our sincerest appreciation to our amazing coaches, Coach Marsha Mallari of VIP Dancers and Coach Lourielyn De Vera of GLAM Dancers, for their outstanding mentorship, commitment, and belief in our dreamers. Your guidance has been instrumental in this success.

A special thank you to Mr. Jun Puno and Mrs. Mary Jane Puno, and the entire Saviour’s Eagles Foundation International Inc. (SEFII) family for organizing such a meaningful celebration of Philippine Independence Day and for providing a platform where young Filipino-Canadians can proudly showcase their talents and cultural heritage.

The excitement is building as our talented Dong’s Dreamers Academy Dreamers prepare to showcase their passion, talent, and hard work at the 38th Toronto International Dragon Boat Race Festival on June 14, 2026 at Toronto Centre Island!

We are incredibly proud to represent our Filipino community through music, performance, and culture on one of Toronto’s biggest multicultural stages. Every rehearsal, every lesson, and every dream has led to this moment.

We are thrilled to welcome back Marsha Mallari of VIP Dancers Philippines, a highly respected and talented choreographer known for her expertise in Cultural, Pop, Hip-Hop, and many other dance styles!

At Dong’s Dreamers Academy, we believe in giving our Dreamers the opportunity to learn from industry professionals who inspire excellence, creativity, and confidence. Ms. Marsha continues to share her passion for dance by helping young performers grow both on and off the stage.
