Kids class technique: The part of class where we dive into new moves, break them down, and add them to our athletes tool box. The classes provide a comprehensive approach to the technique allowing kids to truly understand why and how a technique works. All of our classes are beginner friendly and our program aims to take kids with no background and eventually turn them into confident, composed, athletes.
