One thing I’ve learned over the years is that the more we give, the more we all gain.

Women have always led this quietly — giving their time, their wisdom, their encouragement, and their belief in others. Those acts shape families, workplaces, and entire communities.

This International Women’s Day, I’m reminded that progress doesn’t just come from what we achieve individually, but from what we give to lift others along the way.

Let’s keep building a world where generosity, support, and opportunity are shared freely.

- Prayer at specific times
- Adjusted break times to allow for breaking fast (Iftar)
- Temporary schedule modifications where possible
