I love to practice.
I love to teach.
It's one of the nicest ways to decompress the spine.
It calms the nervous system.
Best of all, it makes me feel joy in exploring gravity.
I'm grateful I get to teach this.
It makes my heart warm.

It's hard to be indoors during the heat. Lady R loves to watch the world from her cat bag. Sometimes, she loves to walk and explore the world.

Lady R may not be as excited being outside when she realizes she has a date with our vet. Yearly check up for our tween.
