What a wonderful day at the Capilano Carnival! 🌿✨
YoHo Explorer Youth Academy was excited to be part of this vibrant community event, where families and children joined us for a day filled with creativity, connection, and hands-on exploration. From nature-inspired activities and interactive crafts to meaningful conversations and smiles all around, it was inspiring to see so many young minds engaged and creating together.
A special thank you to all the students, volunteers, families, and visitors who stopped by our booth and made the day such a success. Events like these remind us that learning happens everywhere — through curiosity, creativity, and community.

A well-balanced summer experience designed for growth, confidence, and exploration. YoHo Explorer Youth Academy proudly partners with Bodwell High School to offer full-day summer programming that combines swimming and aquatic training, language and cultural exploration, creative projects, outdoor nature activities, and collaborative leadership experiences for older students. Students build communication skills, teamwork, and global awareness while staying active and engaged throughout the summer. Nutritious lunch is included daily, with optional extended care available until 5 PM.
Register before May 31 to receive $50 off — only $450/week.

YoHo Explorer Youth Academy + Bodwell Aquatics are proud to present our 2026 Summer Splash & Explore Camp ☀️
This is more than a traditional summer camp. Our program is designed to combine physical activity, creativity, communication, and real-world learning in one unforgettable experience.
Every morning, campers will enjoy swimming and active recreation with licensed lifeguards at Bodwell Aquatics. In the afternoons, students will dive into hands-on themed learning including:

💡 Entrepreneurship & Market Day

This Mother’s Day, our YoHo Explorer K–G3 students put their hearts into words and created a beautiful multilingual poem dedicated to the most important women in their lives — Mom. 💐
Through English, Chinese, and Spanish, our young learners explored language, culture, creativity, and gratitude, expressing love in the purest way only children can.
Every line was written with imagination, laughter, and love — a reminder that language connects hearts across generations.
To all the amazing moms, thank you for your endless love, strength, and care. Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at YoHo Explorer Youth Academy. ❤️

We did it again, Yoho family.
For the second year in a row, Yoho teamed up with the Lions Gate Hospital Youth Committee at the Gleneagles Spring Fest — and just like last year, it was beautiful. 🎉
✨ Big kids taught little kids how to make bracelets
✨ We sold almost everything (again)
✨ 100% of the proceeds go directly to Lions Gate Hospital
The Youth Committee led the way. Our Yoho little ones showed up with focus, patience, and so much heart. (Yes — fatigue still matters. We kept it to 2 kids per hour, and it worked perfectly.)
💙 Every bracelet sold = one small act of kindness for our hospital.
💙 Thank you to everyone who came, bought, and supported Year 2.
